Our supplements are most effective when taken consistently. Subscriptions take the hassle out of reordering - every 30 days we send you a new delivery. You can cancel at anytime after your first delivery by emailing hello@adourandkin.com or logging in to your dedicated portal. 

Our products are bioavailable, meaning they come in a form that is functionally absorbed by your body. Each ingredient is active and has been included in the formula at a full therapeutic dose. Science doesn’t completely understand the workings of these micronutrients, which is why we chose to deliver them with a wholefood profile; simply standardised to the chemical compounds that have a clinically proven effect. In CSERA Complete Restore, each ingredient has been included for its proven targeted effect on the health and vitality of your hair, skin and nails.

We recommend taking CSERA once or twice a day; first thing in the morning before breakfast or half an hour before sleep. Stir one heaped teaspoon into around 250ml of water (or any liquid) for around 10 seconds. Drink when the powder has fully dissolved.

When you apply a topical product, the effect is instant. But the change is not permanent and is usually only the result of surface moisture on the skin. Beauty from within takes time because your body is being fundamentally changed at a cellular and hormonal level. These changes are long lasting. You might begin to experience beneficial changes in as little as 2-3 weeks, but we ask that you allow at least 5 weeks before assessing. Visible results will be experienced in 90 days (12 weeks).

Technically, CSERA is a functional food product and is officially sold as such. We are however in the process of registering the formula with the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) of Australia as we believe the potency and research around the product means it sits somewhere between a food item and a pharmaceutical – a nutraceutical. Having said that, all extracts come from carefully selected wholefood sources - never lab generated. We consider this method to be far superior (and safer) than synthetically generated vitamins.

CSERA Complete Restore has been created to be used in conjunction with topical applications. We believe firmly in a holistic approach to your beauty and health regime, and that skin health and perceived age is simply a reflection of a healthy internal system. Topical creams and serums can be effective for surface hydration – and of course, we always suggest you apply sun-protection. The collagen building nature of CSERA also makes it helpful in supporting the effectiveness of more invasive techniques and injectables, should you choose to adopt these procedures.

We certainly believe it can’t be replicated in a laboratory. Recent advances in clinical research has led to greater understanding of the functional compounds found in food. New technology means these compounds can now be standardised without compromising the wholefood matrix or bioavailability. By pairing advanced science with the best of nature, our formulations deliver targeted micronutrients to your body in a form it already knows and understands.

Science is only just beginning to understand the complexity of the chemical compounds functionally absorbed by the body. It is for this reason that we choose to only use extracts that have preserved the whole-food matrix. That way, nutrients are delivered in a form that your body already knows and understands. Extracts are standardised to chemical compounds proven to be beneficial to the body, but remain bioavailable in form. This is a costly process, especially when compared to traditional lab generated vitamins and nutrients where compounds are isolated synthetically. We firmly believe our approach is not only more effective, but much safer for you.

There are no additives in our formulas – this includes preservatives, sweeteners (natural and synthetic), bulking agents or fillers of any kind. Shelf life is preserved with the use of UV blocking Japanese amber glass jars. Produced in Osaka, Japan, to our specifications - not only are the jars thicker, they 100% recyclable and made from non-toxic materials.
